One of the most exported types of Iranian raisin in great amounts is golden or yellow raisin. This product is exported to different countries, but it is bought mostly by Arab countries.
To produce this type of raisin, the grapes are sunk into the nitrate and then hung from special bars and lines to get dried. Then, they are exposed to the Sulphur smoke. There is another way but in this way the grapes are not hung but put on the ground. Certainly, the output of the first way is much better than the second way.
